Tracy Evans worked at a large firm in Harrisonburg before joining Eldridge, Elledge, Evans & Harding PLC, and he has defended clients in numerous criminal defense matters and represented clients with regard to their civil litigation issues. Andrew Harding is a former prosecutor and has significant experience with landlord-tenant and family law matters.
